Stickers on The Gamers Holders

We would like to explain the situation and tell you how to proceed.

There are generally two possible situations.

1) The sticker (hologram) is missing. This is purely down to human error. We overlooked it during packing and, in rare cases, a sticker may therefore be missing. That is our mistake. It is very uncommon, but it can happen.

2) The numbered hologram is damaged. In these cases, we have found that the magnets in the two holders included in the box may interact and, in some cases, damage the numbered hologram sticker. Factors may include the two magnetic holders being placed behind one another, surface tension in the sticker and movement of the holders inside the box. Another possibility is that the sticker on the back of the thicker PT 100 holder comes loose and sticks to the hologram on the thinner PT 35 holder, damaging it.

In either case, you can send the holder to our address so that we can inspect it and repair or replace the sticker/hologram.

Procedure:

Contact us by email at info@mojekarticky.cz and send us a photograph.

Send the relevant holder with the card protected in a box for assessment.

We will contact you and resolve the situation, usually by replacing the hologram or, if necessary, the holder and returning it to your address.

Naturally, we will reimburse your postage costs.

We will do our best to resolve the situation to everyone’s satisfaction.

We are not always able to respond fully to messages sent through Messenger and other social media platforms.
