Signing Trading Cards with the Women’s National Team
Preparing cards for the women’s team is always something special. The players deserve enormous respect. They are world-class professionals who can compete with the very best – and now beat them as well, as we saw at the Beijing Olympic Games and during the historic bronze-medal World Championship in Denmark.
Preparations for the Women’s World Championship are beginning and the team met at the ice arena in Slaný. We had to be there. We are preparing a new card series for you that will include, among other things, the entire bronze-medal team, including head coach Carla MacLeod. The icing on the cake is a Game Dated Moment card featuring Aneta Tejralová’s goal that secured the historic qualification for the semi-finals!
The championship begins in Canada on 5 April and we will be cheering once again. Can the team bring home another medal even without injured starting goaltender Klára Peslarová?
