Czech EXPO – Sports Card & Memorabilia Show
The event runs all day. We therefore recommend booking accommodation in Pardubice and perhaps combining your visit with a weekend trip in the surrounding area.

For Visitors
Visitors will be admitted from 9:00. Entry to the event will be through the rear entrance of the arena from the car park. Tickets are available at a better price in advance at https://go.ticketportal.cz/event/514 as well as at sales points or on site on the day of the event.
Ticket Prices:

- From 26 May and on site: CZK 300
- Children under 12 and disability-card holders free of charge

For Exhibitors
Anyone interested in tables or exhibition space (m²) should complete the online registration form, where you can place your order. You will then receive payment instructions. Your space is guaranteed only after the invoice has been paid. You can reserve tables or exhibition space (m²) for your own stand. If you require an electricity supply, select this option in the registration form and your space will be allocated nearby. Free parking is available for the first 10 exhibitors. Otherwise, parking and unloading are possible in the arena car park close to the event entrance. Parking in the arena complex costs CZK 120/day. Vehicle access is through the gate at the rear of the stadium. Exhibitors will be able to enter from 7:30 to prepare their spaces. Event entry is through the rear entrance from the car park. Electrical power will be available on site; indicate this requirement in the registration form and you will be assigned a space near a power source. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cables.
Table Prices:
- Price: 300 CZK per table (90×90 or 136×68 cm), including two chairs
Tables will be provided and positioned by the organiser.
Exhibition Space Prices:
- Price: CZK 300/m²
If you plan to bring your own stand/presentation, you can order the required amount of exhibition space (m²).
Prices include VAT. Your space is guaranteed only after the invoice has been paid. Tables/space can be ordered until 17 June 2022, although we recommend booking earlier.
Autograph Session for Sofinka
As always, EXPO will include an autograph session with national-team players and legends. Their names will be announced before the event. The signing will once again support a charitable cause. We will be helping Sofince Petrovické, whose story we have been following. Sofinka suffers from a rare genetic condition – type 1 spinal muscular atrophy, the most severe form. She is a tremendous fighter and her parents are wonderful people who deserve our support. The money raised through the autograph session will be divided between Sofinka, the signing legends and the production of the cards.
The Autograph Session Has Its Rules!
- We will produce special guest cards and provide suitable autograph markers. You can buy a card and have it signed for CZK 25 each.
- Alternatively, you may bring your own card; the signing fee is also CZK 25 per item.
- For other memorabilia such as pucks, sticks, jerseys and similar items, the expected fee is CZK 100 per item.
- Visitors will approach the autograph session one at a time and must follow the organisers’ instructions.
- Each visitor may have a maximum of five collectible items signed by each guest.
Accommodation
Our event is planned as a full-day programme with numerous accompanying activities. We therefore recommend arranging accommodation in Pardubice and, for example, enjoying a pleasant weekend in the city. There are plenty of places to visit, such as Pardubice Castle or the ruins of Kunětická hora Castle. More trip ideas. The following accommodation options are available nearby.
Parking
Visitors can park in the adjacent car parks by the Elbe River (pay-and-display), or in the nearby Paláci Pardubice (first hour free, then CZK 30/hour), or in the stadium car park, where you enter through a barrier, collect a ticket and pay at the machine by the stadium gatehouse when leaving. We recommend that exhibitors use the stadium car park (CZK 120/day), where they can also unload/load directly by the rear stadium entrance, which is also the main entrance to the event.
